Alison Leighton is a registered nutritional therapist and colonic hydrotherapist who studied at the world-renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition.
Alison is a member of RICTAT, boasting an extensive expertise in holistic health and wellness practices. Based in Brough, Hull, she operates a thriving practice, recognised for its remarkable success in promoting digestive health and overall well-being.

Although my clients felt the healing benefits of using castor oil in practice, I found they were struggling with the hassle and mess involved in using this treatment.... so I decided to investigate ways of making the process easier and more comfortable whilst still maintaining the all-important health benefits.
I created a range of products that are organic, sustainable, eco-friendly and highly beneficial to my clients and after many months of trial and error, I am incredibly proud to present the Castorvida range.
